The Hola Palms holiday home portfolio has a strict no pets policy; as much as we love our furry friends and appreciate it is very common for dogs to be apart of our families. We offer spaces with fine and unique finishes and furnishings and are committed to honouring the integrity of the interior and gardens. This enables us to minimise all possible damage and ensures we can maintain a high level of cleanliness between changeovers of our listed homes by not allowing pets to visit.

We offer a concierge service with added fee applicable for provisioning, stocking the pantry and fridge and receiving online grocery deliveries ahead of your arrival.

Additional concierge services available that we will work within your preferences or place you in touch with the right vendor to add to your holiday include; restaurant and activity recommendations and reservations, in-home catering, graze platters and boxes, intimate event planning, childcare, holiday planning and Personal and Executive Assistant duties whilst visiting.
